Did 2020 Stretch Your Budget?

Our knowledgeable staff at Red Rock Ford on the Business Loop understands that this year has been a tough one for many - especially financially. We have learned valuable lessons during 2020 and have a new, deeper appreciation for family and friends. We are committed to finding the best deal for you without overworking your budget.

With incredible dealer incentives and shopping tools available online, our finance team is ready to work with you. We’ve got some of the best number-crunchers in the business at Red Rock Ford, and they’re prepared to figure out the most responsible financing for you and your budget.

Knowledge Is Power

Folks tell us that car-buying is lots of fun until they start thinking about financing. Suddenly, anxiety levels skyrocket, stomachs get in a twist, and palms get sweaty.

We understand! It’s always a little unnerving to talk to a stranger about your finances. There are several ways you can make that anxious feeling go away - before you even come to the dealership.

The Ford Company has made available lots of financial tools to make financing less intimidating. The first thing to do is to learn about your credit score and credit report. If you need to improve your credit, we provide tips there too!

Financing Your Vehicle

We are in the business of selling cars; however, we don’t want your financing getting you into a financial burden. It’s important to us that we work together to find the funding that works without restraint.

We have several tools on our website to help you plan for financing your new car. Our finance application is available online. You can apply at home and bring your approved application with you.

Remember, our finance team is here to help. Call on us before you even come to the dealership to ask questions and seek advice. We can almost always alleviate unnecessary anxiety by walking you through the process.

If you’re apprehensive about your finances, there are a few things you can do before you even come down to the lot that may make you feel more confident.

  • Think Through Your Budget. Look over a copy of your monthly budget. How much money do you bring in, and how much money do you send out? Your new car payment should not be more than 15% of your monthly take-home pay. If you’re buying a used car, it shouldn’t be more than 10%.

When you’re thinking about buying a new car, ask your insurance company about insurance premiums and set aside a little every month for general maintenance, too.

  • Value Your Trade-In. We value your trade-in. Our inventory is continually changing because if we can buy from our customers, that is precisely what we want to do.

Sometimes the new car of your dreams might be slightly out of reach. Don’t worry! It may very well be that the same vehicle, or a very close version, is available at a lower price in our pre-owned inventory. It’s worth investigating to get the car you want.

Pre-owned vehicles provide several advantages. With a pre-owned car, there is no depreciation like there would be in a new car. There are lots of makes, models, and features available. If you’re patient, we may be able to find something so close to the new car you’d hoped for that the deal is too good to turn down. For the savvy shopper, pre-owned is a must-see!

What to Expect

At Red Rock Ford, we find answers. We want you to feel comfortable and confident about all your options. We offer suggestions and recommendations based on our years of experience.

We respect your time. We won’t follow you around the dealership trying to engage in small talk or hover around you, continually pointing out various vehicle features. We keep our distance until you are ready, and then we appreciate your space and time.

You can expect a finance team ready to help you crunch numbers for as long as it takes to help you find the car that suits you best. We are not here to embarrass or intimidate. We are here to help you feel confident and happy with your purchase.

Don’t get anxious about financing! Red Rock Ford is here and ready to walk you through your first steps of car ownership.

COVID-19

The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. We are taking all the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers’ needs.

We continually monitor information from the state health authorities and the CDC, following their recommended guidelines on how we can help prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:

  • Thorough sanitizing of all dealership facilities daily

  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available throughout the dealership

  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

We make changes to these policies if necessary to ensure we are doing everything we can to remain safe. Together, we can maintain a healthy environment and combat the spread of COVID-19.
